General Rules:✧ You must be at least 18 years or older to commission me.✧ Visual references are required for all non-artistic liberty characters in your commission.✧ Payment is to be paid upfront, before any work is started on your slot. At the latest payment is due when I state I’m m going to start work on said comm.✧ You may split payment among multiple people, though payment through one individual is encouraged, as I can get started on your commission faster.✧ Refunds will not be available unless I, the artist, am unable to complete your commission.HAVE REFS READY AND PROPERLY UP TO DATE WITH CHARACTER, CLOTHES, PROPS ETC. I WILL TURN DOWN THE COMMISSION OR CHARGE A $15 FEE IF DETAILS WEREN'T SHOWN ON THE REF

You (The Commissioner), Can:✧ Use art I've made for you as an icon/header and post long as proper credit is given.✧ If posted, please leave my signature/watermark visible. A ping to my accounts or to where to find me is appreciated but not required (If I don’t have an account on a website you’re uploading to, please treat my Bluesky as the default to link back to).✧ You can ask for edits of your commission. You get 5 free edits within the sketch phase, everything after is $5 per fix. Major edits after the sketching phase once colors or shading go down are $20

You (The Commissioner), Cannot:✧ You may not claim any work I did as your work for any reason whatsoever.✧ You are not allowed to use commissioned work from me for commercial purposes under any circumstances.✧ Unless a due date had been set prior to payment, you are not allowed to rush me. Asking for updates, however, is fine.✧ You may not claim art you have commissioned from me as your own work.

I, The Artist:✧ I reserve the right to turn down any commission/commissioner or any aspect of a commission for any reason.✧ I am allowed to upload your commission to any and all of my accounts.✧ I will attempt to complete your work in a timely manner, however my schedule is prone to having unforeseen changes. I will do my best to let you know if there will be any delays.✧ I will only begin work on your commission after I receive payment.✧ I will, by default, provide a visual update on your commission upon completing sections of patterns/colors. This is the last chance to make any major edits to your commission (further progress updates are available upon request.)✧ I do not claim ownership of any characters/intellectual property within my art that I have not created myself.✧ You retain rights and ownership of any characters/intellectual property that you have created that I have depicted in my art.✧ I am not responsible for details left out in the final piece that you did not provide.
